how to make instant ramen
While there’s nothing particularly exciting about this homemade ramen commercial (sorry gabuchan!), check out how they keep the lid closed while the ramen is cooking! Maybe this is old school, but it’s new to me. Ingenious!

Actually, my friend said he has been using chopsticks to close the lid like that as long as he remembers. It was new to me too and thats why it made the video.

When making instant noodles, you usually close the lid to prevent the steam from going out which will make the noodles less warm.
