dude this place is bomb. everytime i’ve gone they’ve been sold out of at least one of the three types of ramen but doesn’t even matter. all good.

Rayfil: thanks for the comments. I just read your great review of Katana-ya. Interesting that you mentioned it ’cause that was my first choice for ramen “in the city” in case I couldn’t convince everyone to go all the way to Santa!

Great ramen review. As a food writer for Asian Week in San Francisco, I recently did a review on Katana and I find the milky pork broth at Santa Ramen much better.
