Deja vu…nissin’s shoyu ramen reminded me so much of maruchan’s shoyu ramen that i had to doublecheck the package. Nissin’s noodles are just as good, with a nice firm texture, and the soup is just as good. Just like the maruchan ramen, this is quite good, but not spectacular. It earns an 8.

I’ve just come up with a ramen recipe that you might like to know about. Check out my “grilled ramen” tutorial on my blog: http://caramelizeopinions.blogspot.com
By the way, does that Nissin Shoyu have real nama shoyu in it?
Thanks for the link but it looks like your blog is down?
I have no idea what kind of shoyu Nissin Shoyu uses, but I’d guess it’s probably a pretty generic type.
