Couldn’t make it to Japan for hadoken ramen? If you’re near the Gainesville, Florida area, check out Crane Street Fighter Ramen. It seems to be a limited time event…there’s Zangief’s Borscht topped with beef & dill meatballs, carrot, beets, and yuzu smetana vs Japan’s Ryu and his “Haduken” Venison Shoyu with braised beef short ribs, pickled corn and a sweet potato fire bomb and a lot more ramen based on other characters.
