We’ve reviewed the Simply Ramen cookbook before, and there are other good ramen cook books, such as Ramen at Home: The Easy Japanese Cookbook for Classic Ramen and Bold New Flavors, Ivan Orkin’s Ivan Ramen: Love, Obsession, and Recipes from Tokyo’s Most Unlikely Noodle Joint, and, of course, David Chang’s Momofuku cook book.
